SHIPPING

Mafanfa by Maria Francia Zemp, recorded in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, as sole proprietorship company (hereinafter referred to “Mafanfa” or we), uses the ordinary postal service for all shipments made to Switzerland and Europe. We offer free standard shipping for orders above EUR 100 (or the corresponding value in the currency in which you pay your order). Normally, the time of standard delivery to Switzerland is within 2-5 business days after Mafanfa has confirmed your order. The delivery of orders outside of Switzerland can take up to 15 business days after Mafanfa has received your order.
You can select express shipment to Switzerland and Europe for a small extra fee if you need your order soon. Please let us know by when you need the package. Furthermore, you can always choose delivery by way of an express courier such as DHL. In this case, we will charge you the full delivery costs. Please note that for orders outside of Switzerland, local taxes and custom duties are neither included in the purchase price nor in the shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Is the item you purchased too small or too big? Or do you wish to have it in a different color?
We offer exchanges of our products within 14 calendar days after the purchase. The goods to be exchanged must be unworn, with all tags attached.
In order to exchange an item, please reach out to info@mafanfa.com with your full name and order number. Please state against which product you wish to exchange the item you have purchased.
You will receive an email with the address where to send your return to.
After receiving the item, we will send you the new product within 5 business days.
Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs, local taxes (including VAT) or custom duties for the exchange. Items can only be exchanged for a different size or color. Items that were purchased on a promotion or sale may not be exchanged.

RETURNS

You are not happy with the item you purchased?
You can return items purchased at the Mafanfa online store within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The returned goods must be unworn, with all tags attached.
In order to request a return of your purchased item:

Please reach out to info@mafanfa.com with your full name and order number. Please let us know if you want to get a refund in form of a voucher or return the product and get your money back.
You will receive an email with the address where to send your return to.
After receiving the item, we will send you the voucher or the money back, as the case may be, within 10 business days. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs, local taxes or custom duties for the return.
